At the St. Regis Hotel in New York City last night (April 07, 2011),2AFRIKA President, Kenneth Hieber was honored by South African Tourism and received the 2011 Ubuntu Award  for 'Outstanding Achievement in Creative Marketing'.

The South African Tourism 2011 Ubuntu Awards under the patronage of H.E. Ebrahim Rasool, South African Ambassador to the United States, Hon. Marthinus van Schalkwyk. South African Minister of Tourism and Amb. Kingsley Makhubela,Director General, was hosted by Ms. Thandiwe January-McLean, Chief Executive Officer of South African Tourism, Ms. Sthu Zungu, President North America of South African Tourismand Mr. Peter Greenberg, Master of Ceremonies.
